Type of Work: This role is project-based for a short-term period (3 Months), with the possibility of extension based on mutual agreement. 

Role Overview: 
We’re on the lookout for a Product Designer to join our Squad (CheckOut) on the Consumer side of Our Company or contribute to the vital workstream focusing on the daily-use app for workers. Your role is all about making a real impact through design, shaping the future vision of our product, and setting high standards for design quality.

Main Responsibilities: 
Taking Ownership Every Step of the Way: 

• You’ll lead the design process from the initial spark of an idea to the exciting launch phase. 
• It’s all about continuously refining designs based on user feedback and evolving needs. 
• Making sure that the final product not only meets but exceeds design standards and user expectations is key.

Solving UX Challenges with Creativity: 

• Your forte will be in crafting detailed flows and prototypes to crack those tough UX nuts. 
• You’ll come up with solutions that can adapt to the needs of all kinds of users. 
• Paying close attention to the finer visual details will elevate the overall user experience.

Understanding Users Inside Out: 

• Delve deep into UX research to really get to grips with what our customers want and need. 
• Spotting areas for improvement based on user insights and turning them into actionable design plans is crucial. 
• Every design decision you make will be rooted in user feedback and solid data insights.

Building Design Systems: 

• Create design systems that deliver seamless and elegant user experiences. 
• Championing design consistency across the board will be a big part of your role. 
• Developing reusable design elements will make the design process more efficient and scalable.

Collaborating Across Teams: 

• Working closely with product managers, engineers, and operations to shape and refine our products. 
• Your input on future opportunities, requirements, and new features will be invaluable. 
• Ensuring that design decisions always align with our business goals and objectives is essential.

• Be a team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments. 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for explaining your design choices and ideas.

• Demonstrate sharp analytical and problem-solving skills when making design decisions.

• Ensure that your design work is always top-notch and delivered on time.

Experience Needed: 

• Have at least 3 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field. 
• Proven track record of successfully seeing design projects through from start to finish. 
• Experience in using UX research methods to inform your design decisions. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
