JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Location: REMOTE

 

Work from home essentials:


Hardware Required Items:

1. Laptop or Desktop PC: Laptop or PC with Intel Core i5 6th generation or Better (8th Generation is recommended). Laptop or PC required memory is minimum 16 GB.

2. LED Monitor: LED Monitor with 22-inch screen or better

3. Headphones: Headphone with noise cancellation

4. Mouse & Keyboard

5. Electricity backup for 2 to 3 hours: In case of a power outage or any unforeseen circumstances, you should have power back up for 2-3 hours

 

Sitting Requirements:

1. Table & Chair: you should have Table & chair suitable for Laptop usage.

2. Peaceful corner: At home, you should have enough space to work peacefully without any noise disturbance

 

Timings:

Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST

 

 

About the Role:

 

Position Responsibilities: 

Warm Connections: Craft and send personalized emails to potential clients, sparking genuine interest in our offerings. Develop and implement effective email strategies to establish meaningful connections and kickstart conversations.

Relationship Building: Dive deep into research to pinpoint promising leads within our target market. Keep our lead database fresh and vibrant by regularly updating it with accurate details.

Data TLC (Tender Loving Care): Dedicate time to clean up our database regularly, ensuring it’s free of errors and omissions. Lean on CRM tools to keep our leads organized and easily accessible.

Meaningful Interactions: Be swift to respond to inquiries and messages from leads, offering valuable insights and solutions to their queries. Keep the conversation going with existing leads, nurturing those connections and guiding them along their journey.

Connection Coordination: Seamlessly arrange and manage calls with interested leads, providing a platform for deeper discussions and a better understanding of their needs.

Results-Oriented Tracking: Set ambitious yet achievable targets for lead conversion on a weekly and monthly basis. Keep a close eye on performance metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of our outreach efforts.

Compensation and Perks:

 

Joining us means embarking on a journey with the potential for a long-term commitment.

 

• During the initial six-month internship period, you can expect a monthly stipend ranging from Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000 PKR.

 

• Upon successfully completing your internship, your salary will see a boost to a range of Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000 PKR, accompanied by a commission structure of 3% to 5%.
