REQUIRED FEMALE SALES EXECUTIVE (INTERNATIONAL)

We are seeking a Sales Executive who will bring both experience and enthusiasm to the table. This position based fixed salary + commission model, and does not require any prospecting or any cold calling as we will provide you with the leads. You will be responsible for nurturing deals to closing with new customers/rentals. This is a fully remote role and preference will be given to those able to service CST time zones. Impeccable English is a must.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Substantial experience in real estate sales and marketing, with a minimum of 4 to 5 years in a management role.

• Strong understanding of the real estate market, industry trends, and international regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong lead converting skills.

• Track record of achieving and exceeding Leads Targate.
