Hey there,

As an IT Analyst, you’ll be part of our awesome team that’s always growing and coming up with cool ideas. Your main gig will be looking at how we spend money on IT in different parts of our business. That means making sure bills get paid on time, keeping tabs on project costs, helping out with our yearly budget, and finding ways to make our financial tools even better. You’ll team up with other leaders, business folks, and outside experts to make sure everything runs smoothly. We need someone who’s detail-oriented, likes following processes, and can talk to people like a champ.

Main Tasks:

 

1. Make sure IT bills are paid on time.

2. Keep track of how much different IT projects cost.

3. Find ways to make our cost tracking for IT stuff better.

4. Check in on our IT stuff from time to time.

5. Help put together our budget for the year.

6. Look at financial data and see how changes might affect our business.

7. Work well with other teams and experts.

8. Sometimes, work with outside experts to understand our IT spending better.

9. Do whatever else needs doing.

 

Requirements:

– Know your way around designing communications, especially for different kinds of people.

– Be a pro at using different communication tools and making communication plans.

– Be a whiz with computer programs like Microsoft Office, Teams, and Adobe.

– Bonus points if you’ve worked with SharePoint before.

– Be awesome at talking and writing, and making killer presentations.

– Play nice with others, especially with different parts of our business.

– Be cool under pressure and able to juggle lots of stuff at once.

– Be professional, energetic, and positive.

– Be a master at talking to important people in our company.

– Be a ninja at planning and keeping things organized.

– Pay attention to the little things and make sure everything’s shipshape.

– Extra points if you’ve used programs like Oracle Cloud Financials, Apptio, or ServiceNow.

– Knowing about freight, logistics, or supply chain stuff is a plus.

– Even better if you have a bachelor’s degree in Business.
