Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – IT Services and Software

We are on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and be a crucial part of our growth journey.
What You’ll Do:
– Find and qualify potential clients in the IT services and software industry.
– Use different methods like cold calling, emails, and social media to find leads.
– Bring in top-notch leads and opportunities for our sales team.
– Dive deep into research to understand what our clients need and what problems they’re facing.
– Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitors, and new tech.
– Use market data to find new business opportunities.
– Show potential clients why our IT services and software are the best fit for them.
– Connect with potential clients to get them interested and build strong relationships.
– Team up closely with our sales and marketing teams to make sure we’re all on the same page.
– Share your thoughts and feedback to make our lead generation efforts even better.
– Help create and put into action effective sales strategies.
– Keep management in the loop with regular reports on how our lead generation and conversions are going.
What You Need:
– You’ve been an SDR in the IT services or software industry before.
– You really get IT services, software solutions, and what’s happening in the industry.
– You’re great at talking to people and building relationships.
– You’re all about hitting those targets and reaching your goals.
– You speak English like a pro.
Qualifications:
– A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or something similar.
Experience:
– 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
